New ProCare Version Solves Export to PDF

Some of you may recall a previous article on PDF Export or have experienced for yourself an issue with exporting reports from ProCare to PDF format. The following symptoms were typical if your computer ran Windows Vista or XP service pack 3 :

  • The exported file could not be opened with Adobe Acrobat.
  • When sending the PDF as an email attachment the email was not sent.

Good News!

We are happy to report the release of ProCare Version 9.1.430 which solves this issue. You may now click the Export button on the Print Preview screen and select PDF Format. Learn how to Download the Latest Online Update from ProCare.

Just a short post today. Until next time, cheers!
